Lancaster Country Club began with the hopes of H. B. Peters, a local bank president and Lancaster Traction and Power Co. President, in finding a site for local citizens to enjoy outdoor events back in 1908.
As we look back on our first 100 years we anticipate the many memories we will be making in the future. We are one of the few facilities that caters to all tastes and preferences. Our beautiful clubhouse can hold as many as 250 or as few as two in our spacious dining room or our private side rooms. Business members love to utilize our facility because we cater to small, private meetings and large seminars. Other members love the variety of parties the club hosts and the fine or casual dining we offer.
Lancaster Country Club is nestled on the north slope of the scenic Hocking Hills, just minutes outside of Lancaster. Established in 1909, the club was bustling before the invention of golf communities and their distractions. The few homes that dot the surrounding landscape are out of reach for most errant shots. Golfers here only have to worry about fishing balls out from our mature wooded areas or the handful of strategically placed water hazards.
It’s the picture perfect location for business meetings, seminars, receptions and parties. We pride ourselves on being committed to giving the best. We are the perfect partner for your happening.
